We take great pride in the work we do here at Pet Blessings; our tagline is 'Love and Protect' and we really mean it. 

Should you ever receive a Pet Blessings delivery that isn't up to scratch, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we'll do everything we can to fix it.

Q: "What should I do if my order arrives damaged, or it's not right?"

A: Tell us! The first thing to do is get in touch and tell us what's happened.

There's no need to send the order back to us, unless you've spoken to us and we've specifically requested it. 

While we're active on Twitter and other social networks, our Contact Form is always the best way to get in touch.

Q: What's your process for dealing with damaged or messed up orders?

A: When you first get in touch with Pet Blessings, you'll receive a quick, auto-reponse email, just to let you know we've received your message.

Then we will respond personally, by the end of the next working day - often much sooner.

Usually we are able to find a fix straight away. Occasionally we will ask you a few more detailed questions, just to make sure we're fixing the right problem.

Sometimes we'll do a straight replacement of your order, other times we may give you a coupon so you can place a new order yourself, for free.

Ultimately, you'll take delivery of a brand new, correct order.
